Located in Water Valley in Windsor, CO, this 4-gable pavilion is complete with outdoor kitchen with two grills, built in seating, fireplace, landscape lighting, pavilion lighting to include can lighting. A bathroom and storage building provide convenience for guests and stowing of outdoor furniture.

The outdoor game and gathering areas provide a lawn area for croquet with shuffleboard and additional patio and seating.

Flowing walkways throughout the space are bordered with perennials, shrubs, trees and water features.

A large and wonderful expansion for residence and their guests to enjoy.
